Turnaround time

• Orders will be processed on the 20th of each month, with order distribution/shipping approximately 4-6 weeks after the monthly cutoff.
• Credit card charges will appear as Image Solutions, not IMT.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the ship date of your order.
• Please email orders@imagesolutionsdm.com with your request for an exchange.
• Then ship your item to:

• Once your original item has been received, we will reach out with a unique coupon code for the amount of the items returned. You can then apply that credit towards purchasing your replacements. 
• Everything is custom ordered, so returns are not available.
